Our structures are made using sealed beam technology for the structural rigidity of the main supports to ensure maximum safety. Ripstop nylon is used for the outer and inner skin which is both waterproof and extremely durable.
Sealed Beam TECHNOLOGY
Depicted above are the sealed beams which provide structural rigidity. These are constructed from ultra durable PVC and filled with air to a precise pressure and then sealed. This prevents the structures from collapsing should there be a loss of power. This allows for a wind-load rating of up to 60km/h without the need for additional internal trussing. Furthermore this is up to 60% more energy efficient than previous first generation inflatable solutions.
This is a high quality, lightweight material woven in a unique way for maximum durability and forms the inner and outer "skin" of the structures. The material is waterproof and capable of "reading" light. Ideal for both simple lighting solutions as well as advanced 3D mapping.
